We have now reached the latest Bond Actor: Daniel Craig. He is a definitely more gritty than Roger Moore but he it seems like the spy part of the story has been reduced. I find that Craig's Bond is too basic. He comes across as an angry man with a gun. I also object to softening of end of the book. Bond has a hard edge to him and his final line is now dismissed by M as ignorant.
