3/29/20 Miller's Crossing

"Miller's Crossing" is one of my favorite movies of all time. It is one of the few movie where every character get to act smart. It is much easier to write a movie about stupid people. The film critic Roger Ebert formalized this: "The Idiot Plot, of course, is any plot that would be resolved in five minutes if everyone in the story were not an idiot."
