"Brick" by Rian Johnson is one of those independent movie you hope to find when you take a chance on an unknown movie. It is a film noir set in high school. It has another amazing performance by Joseph Gordon-Levitt. I do not want to say much else except Johnson follows this movie up with the disappointing "Looper" movie.
